Injury:
Sustained injury in left wrist last week, it does hurt when I practice, especially in the backbends; there is some discomfort in weight bearing postures though that has not bothered me much. I hope I can recover from this fully. It's been 2 weeks. The pain is in the Lunate and Capitate bones when I do an extention.
