Week 15

This week had been very disruptive, I am struggling with my energy level which stabilized after Thursday. I have been binge eating a lot in the evening during dinner. March 7 was due to a missed ride on my part.

More changes expected in the upcoming week. There has been quite a bit of tension at work and home. Things are not quite okay. I may only be able to do once a week mysore class with teacher moving forward...
