Week 14 overview:

This week had been a trying week. I couldn't get my energy en pointe since the start of the with mysore practice. There were minor improvements on Friday but I was still taking too long rests and I had cut my dropbacks to 5 and lesser because each repetition would tire me out so much. I still had some pieces of the backbend puzzle to fix to regulate the breath and to avoid running out of gas.
