Day 47 - Practice 38 (Sunday, home self practice)
Day 48 - Rest Day (Monday)
Day 49 - Mysore (Tuesday)
I am finding more consistency in binding in pasasana from the last 2 practices. I was commented by teacher today that my backbends were taking too long, something which I'm aware of (I take around 20 minutes) but carried on nonetheless because I felt I needed more time and repetitions to crack open that impossibly stiff back of mine. Accepting teacher's comment, I took heed and cut down the recovery time in between dropbacks and finished them as quickly as I could, which wasn't as bad as I expected it to be, thinking that I would fly off the mat being out of steam or that my weak legs would probably give way.
