1. Water with lemon juice

2. Garlic and Honey

When consumed, garlic promotes the production of gastric juices and aids correct absorption of iron. It reduces cholesterol and triglyceride levels and prevents the blood from thickening, which helps fights against cardiovascular diseases. Garlic is a ppowerful antioxidant helps cellular regeneration and promotes healthy skin. It also keeps the immune system healthy that protects against viral or bacterial attacks as it is antibacterial and antiviral. The use of garlic can help reduce blood pressure (an alternative to ginger in reducing blood pressure), and cholesterol, fight infections and offer benefits to diabetic patients. However, garlic should not be taken in excess over long periods or may cause issues such as risk of bleeding. Honey possesses inflammation reduction properties that alleviates pain and helps you to relax. It is also a healthy source of energy. When consumed together, these benefits multiply as both are powerful antibiotics that help to protect the immune system.

3. Tumeric and Black Pepper.

Curcumin and other curcuminoids ( a key which are chemical compounds in turmeric) offer numerous health benefits since they are a powerful antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, anti-fungal, anti-bacterial agents. When taken with black pepper, it enhances bioavailability of tumeric, making it more readily absorbed. One study found that when 2g of curcumin was ingested, its serum levels were very low. However, when 20mg piperine was added to curcumin the bioavailability increased by 2000%. Piperine in black pepper can reduce pain. Curcumin has has anti-inflammatory capabilities especially in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, ulcerative colitis, etc. It is also an anti-arthritic agent. Turmeric and black pepper can lower cholesterol levels, obesity, and diabetes and may even prevent cancer. Other benefits include relieving gastric mucosal damage caused by peptic ulcers and improves memory loss and protects against cognitive impairment such as Alzheimer’s. Both should not be taken in excess, otherwise they are considered very safe ingredients.
